Humpday Covers Presents: Weezer

This week's Humpday Cover artist is Weezer.

We all know who Weezer is. The 90's alternative kings have started itching their way back into our hearts and minds with their comeback release of The Red Album. Anthems like Pork and Beans, and Troublemaker help us kids who grew up in the nineties remember our childhood.

With their brand new album, Raditude, the band once again lets us know that they are still alive and strong. Weezer released some of its songs off of Raditude earlier through their fan-site.

What does all this have to do with covers?

Well, one of the songs off of the extended/special version of the album is a cover of Kids and Pokerface.

This cover has been played pretty frequently at fairly recent Weezer shows but it is nice to hear a clean studio version of the MGMT/Lady Gaga song.
